Description and Use

WEC-500 is an ph booster that contains organic dispersants and anti foam. WEC-500 is used for imparting alkalinity to boiler water or for correcting the pH of low alkalinity waters. WEC-500 is functional to preserve the boiler water alkalinity within limits to be recognized by WEC, to ensemble the operating situation. Water characteristics will decide the dosage rate.

Dosage

WEC-500 may be injected using a dosage pump, dosage pot or directly into the feed tank (whichever is appropriate to the particular plant).

Causes severe burns (R35).

Spill Procedures

• ~ Flush to deplete with large quantity of water, examine disposal system.
• ~ Restrict splashing and skin / eye contact.

Handling and Storage

• ~ Keep away from skin and eyes contact.
• ~ Keep away from acids.
• ~ In case of contact with skin wash out infected part with water for at least ten minutes.
• ~ Discard infected clothes and request instant medical care.
• ~ In case of contact with eyes rinse carefully with hygienic water for at least ten minutes.
• ~ Cover up affected eyes with disinfected, eye pad and seek out urgent medical attention.
• ~ In case of intake wash mouth carefully and imbibe plenty of water.
• ~ DO NOT induce vomiting. Ask for instant medical attention.
• ~ Suggested limit is utmost 2 years.
